Want Toned Arms? Try This 3 Minute Workout

Sleeveless season is over...or is it? Toned arms never really go out of style and I’m here to report the good news: you too, can have them. You need about 3 minutes a day, and to commit for at least a month. Since the workout is so short, no need for a rest day, but you can take one rest day a week as you need it.

It’s tough to see results when you see yourself everyday, so take a couple “before” pictures doing a bicep and tricep flex. After a month, take the same pictures to compare.

Here’s how it works:

4 Total Exercises

Complete 2 Rounds

Round 1: 15 seconds each exercise Round 2: 30 seconds each exercise

  • Sprinting in place
  • Push-ups
  • Alternating Jabs (with or without weights)
  • Floor Tricep Dips

Want More? Add a third round for 30 seconds each. It becomes a 5 minute workout.

I’ve personally seen results from this plan and also have seen results with my clients. As always, eating healthy while you are exercising will help your results. In addition to seeing some definition in your arms after about a month, you’ll probably be able to carry all those groceries by yourself.
