The Reveal: Better Skin, Naturally
What a difference a scrub makes. Somes body moisturizers alone just don’t cut it. The white flakes on the inside of your Lululemons mean it’s time for real action. Once a week I do a body scrub to slough off dead skin cells. You have to exfoliate the outer layer of your skin before you moisturize.
There are a few ways to do this at home and the items in your pantry and fridge can produce great results. Grab some sea salt and coconut oil to make your own scrub (beware if you have recently shaved, as it will burn)!
Another Bobbi-do-it-yourself that sounds a bit strange but works wonders is to buy a potato scrub glove at Williams and Sonoma. Rub it on your dry legs and feet before you shower!
After exfoliating, I love to make my own homemade body oil with grapeseed oil and a few of my essential oils too!
