The Healthy Cookie We Can't Stop Making

A cookie packed with beautifying ingredients? We're in. Below, holistic health coach Mia Rigden shares her receip for Turmeric Chocolate Chip Cookies, featuring EVOLUTION_18 Relaxing Vanilla collagen powder.


  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup coconut flour
  • 2 scoops EVOLUTION_18 Relaxing Vanilla collagen powder
  • ½ cup coconut oil
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • 1 flax egg (1 tbsp ground flax seed + 3 tbsp warm water)
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips
  • Generous pinch of sea salt
  • Pinch of black pepper


Time: 30-45 minutes

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Create a flax egg by combining 1 tbsp of ground flax seed with 3 tbsp of warm water. Set aside for 10-15 minutes.

  3. In a medium mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, Evolution 18 collagen, baking soda, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, sea salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly to combine and make sure there are no lumps.

  4. In a separate bowl, combine melted coconut oil with almond butter and maple syrup. Stir to combine, then add flax egg and give the mixture another good stir until fully incorporated.

  5. Add wet ingredients to dry. Stir to combine, then add chocolate chips.

  6. Using an ice cream scoop or a soup spoon, portion cookies. Use one scoop for smaller cookies and two for larger ones. Use your hands to shape into round discs and continue until all dough has been used. Makes 8-10 cookies.

  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly brown. Set aside to cool before eating.
