Recipe: Superfood Chia Bowl

This healthy breakfast easily doubles as a perfect afternoon snack. Chia seeds are great for digestion and high in omega-3s and will keep you feeling full and energized. EVOLUTION_18 Beauty Superfood adds a beautifying boost with a blend of over 30 fruits and vegetables, plus collagen and prebiotic fiber.
1 cup/240 ml almond milk
1 scoop EVOLUTION_18 Beauty Superfood
1⁄2 cup/70 g blueberries
3 Tbsp chia seeds
Dash of vanilla extract Cinnamon
Raw honey (optional)
Blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, or goji berries, for topping
- Coconut flakes
In a blender, combine the almond milk, Beauty Superfood and blueberries; puree until smooth.
Strain the mixture into a bowl using a fine mesh strainer or nut milk bag. Stir in the chia seeds.
Add a dash of vanilla extract, and season with cinnamon, sea salt, and honey (if using) to taste.
- Top with blueberries, raspberries, or goji berries. Sprinkle with coconut flakes and serve.
