Recipe: Superfood Chia Bowl

This healthy breakfast easily doubles as a perfect afternoon snack. Chia seeds are great for digestion and high in omega-3s and will keep you feeling full and energized. EVOLUTION_18 Beauty Superfood adds a beautifying boost with a blend of over 30 fruits and vegetables, plus collagen and prebiotic fiber.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup/240 ml almond milk

  • 1 scoop EVOLUTION_18 Beauty Superfood

  • 1⁄2 cup/70 g blueberries

  • 3 Tbsp chia seeds

  • Dash of vanilla extract Cinnamon

  • Sea salt

  • Raw honey (optional)

  • Blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, or goji berries, for topping

  • Coconut flakes

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a blender, combine the almond milk, Beauty Superfood and blueberries; puree until smooth.

  2. Strain the mixture into a bowl using a fine mesh strainer or nut milk bag. Stir in the chia seeds.

  3. Add a dash of vanilla extract, and season with cinnamon, sea salt, and honey (if using) to taste.

  4. Top with blueberries, raspberries, or goji berries. Sprinkle with coconut flakes and serve.
