Summer Recipe Essential: The Debloat Popsicle

These are a refreshing summer treat. Don’t have popsicle molds? You can also make these into ice cubes and pour still or sparkling water over them. Don’t be afraid of clumping when stirring the water with the Debloat powder. My pro tip? Stir with a fork. You can make as few or as many of these as you like—simply double the recipe.



  1. Mix together with a fork, stir until there are as few clumps as possible.

  2. Pour into the popsicle molds or an ice cube tray.

  3. If making into ice cubes, pop one or two into a glass and then pour still or sparkling water over them.
