This recipe is one of my favorites because it's very easy to prepare and extremely versatile! The Energizing Chocolate is just the icing on the cake, not only because it has all the antioxidant properties of the cacao but also an exclusive blend of protein, fiber, and prebiotics.
When enjoyed right out of the blender it's the perfect mid-afternoon hot chocolate to keep going until dinner. If left in the fridge for a couple of hours, the chia creates a pudding texture. Top it with coconut, granola, and some berries for a nourishing breakfast.
- 1 cup Almond milk
- 1/2 cup Toasted hazelnuts
- 1/4 tsp Pure vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp Chia seeds
- 3 Medjool dates
- 3 tbsp EVOLUTION_18 Energizing Chocolate
Directions: 1. Place all the ingredients on the blender and blend until smooth.
Place it in different glass containers and save it in the fridge until the moment to enjoy.
Top with coconut, granola, or berries, and enjoy!
