Need a Collagen Boost? Try These Overnight Oats

This is a make-it-your-own template for overnight chia oats. Feel free to add as little or as much liquid as you like and play with the ratios of oats to chia. You can also eliminate either the oats or chia.
These are best when made the night before or at least have a few hours to sit so the chia + oats can absorb the milk. They are delicious with seasonal raw or cooked fruit on top. You can also add your favorite nut or seed butter, crunchy seeds, or a sprinkle of cinnamon.
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 3 Tbsp. oats, like Bob’s Red Mill Thick Cut
- 1 tsp. EVOLUTION_18 Relaxing Chocolate
- 1 tsp. cacao powder (optional)
- 1/16 tsp. sea salt (the smallest pinch ever)
- 1/2–3/4 cup of milk of choice
Add all the ingredients into a jar or small airtight container.
Stir immediately and stir every few minutes for about 10 minutes so the chia seeds don’t clump. Alternatively, tightly put the lid on the jar and shake!
Store in the fridge for up to three days. Top with whatever you like.
