Recipe: Modernfoodscene's Olive Oil Collagen Cookie

We began perfecting our olive oil cake recipe and gifting them to family and as hostess gifts. We received overwhelming feedback and decided to share our olive oil cakes with you through Modernfoodscene.
Our Just Bobbi cookie is an olive oil-based chocolate chip cookie made with EVOLUTION_18 Relaxing Vanilla. Refined- sugar-free, gluten-free, and grain-free, this cookie is the perfect healthy alternative to cure a sweet tooth and a great way to wind down from the day!
Makes 12 cookies
- 2 cups almond Flour
- 1 TBSP EVOLUTION_ 18 Relaxing Vanilla Powder
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Maple Syrup
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350. Combine all of the dry ingredients into a medium sized bowl. Add all of the wet ingredients. Mix thoroughly.
Form into 12 medium sized balls. Place onto parchment paper about an inch apart.
Bake 20 minutes or until golden.
