Recipe: Golden Chocolate Protein Shake

The perfect combination of whey protein, turmeric, coconut and ginger. Mia Rigden, founder of RASA, shares her Golden Chocolate Protein Shake.


  • 1 scoop EVOLUTION_18 Energizing Chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp fresh or ground ginger
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ ripe banana, frozen
  • ¼ cup full fat coconut milk
  • ¾ cup water
  • Pinch of black pepper


Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
