- 1 to 2 cups plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 to 2 scoops of EVOLUTION_18 Beauty Superfood Powder
- 1 tbsp flax or chia seeds
- 1/3 cup granola
- Fresh strawberries
- Fresh blueberries
Mix Beauty Superfood Powder with plain Greek yogurt in a bowl.
