Recipe: EVOLUTION_18 Cookie Granola

Top your smoothies or yogurt with this crunchy homemade granola. It is also delicious with fresh fruit, or eaten straight up out of the jar!


  • 2 cups of oats, like Bob’s Red Mill thick-cut

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 1 tbsp. honey or maple syrup

  • 2 egg whites, beaten until frothy like cappuccino foam

  • 1 scoop EVOLUTION_18 Relaxing Vanilla

  • Pinch of salt


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. On a parchment lined rimmed baking sheet, add all the ingredients and mix with a spatula into incorporated and then smooth out into an even layer.

  3. Bake 20-25 minutes until light caramel brown. Then carefully break up the clusters so you have large “cookie” chunks.

  4. Store in an airtight container up to one week. Makes about 2-1/2 cups.
