Creamy Cashew & Coffee Shake

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop EVOLUTION_18 Afternoon Chocolate

  • 1/4 cup raw cashews, soaked for at least 30 minutes and up to overnight

  • 1 date, pitted

  • 1 tablespoon raw almond butter

  • 1/2 cup full fat coconut milk

  • 1/2 cup brewed and cooled coee

  • Tiny pinch of pink himalayan salt

  • 3 ice cubes

Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and until very smooth and creamy.
