Recipe: Collagen Cashew Milk

Making your own nut milk is much easier than you think, especially with this recipe from holistic health coach Mia Rigden. Her take includes a few scoops of EVOLUTION_18 Relaxing Vanilla collagen powder for an extra beauty boost.
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 4 cups filtered water (plus more for soaking)
- 2 scoops EVOLUTION_18 Relaxing Vanilla collagen powder
- Pinch of sea salt
Soak cashews in water overnight.
Drain and add to a high speed blender with four cups of filtered water and a pinch of sea salt.
Blend on high for about two minutes, or until white in color.
Strain through a nut milk bag or cheese cloth. Reserve pulp for baking or discard.
Place nut milk back in blender with EVOLUTION_18 Relaxing Vanilla collagen powder and blend until smooth.
- Store in an airtight jar for four-five days. Enjoy in smoothies, coffee, with granola or cereal or just on its own.
