Recipe: Chocolate Covered Blueberry Smoothie Bowl

With three of our favorite beauty foods (blueberries, avocado and kale) plus the added benefits of EVOLUTION_18 Afternoon Chocolate, this smoothie bowl recipe from holistic health coach Mia Rigden is one of our favorites.
- 1 scoop EVOLUTION_18 Afternoon Chocolate protein powder
- ½ ripe avocado, frozen or fresh
- ½ cup blueberries, frozen or fresh
- 1 small handful of kale or spinach
- 3-5 sprigs of fresh mint
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
