Recipe: Chocolate and Avocado Pudding

When I set out to create my EVOLUTION_18 products, it was super important to me that they were not only good for you, but also tasted delicious. No one understands that balance more than the team at Haven’s Kitchen in New York (my go-to spot for a bite when I’m in the city), so I asked them to create a few recipes featuring the EVOLUTION_18 powders. Here’s one of my favorites: a chocolate and avocado pudding featuring my protein-packed Afternoon Chocolate powder.

Chocolate and Avocado Pudding

INGREDIENTS

2 Ripe avocados, peeled and pitted

1/4 cup raw cacao powder

2 scoops EVOLUTION_18 Afternoon Chocolate

1/4 cup oat milk

1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons agave syrup

1/4 teaspoon vanilla

1/4 teaspoon orange zest

1 tablespoon fresh orange juice pinch of salt

DIRECTIONS

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Spoon or pipe into small jars or bowls and refrigerate until cold, about 1 hour. Makes 9 small pudding cups.
