Smoothies are great, but sometimes you need something more, right? That's when bowls come in! This delightful bowl has all the smoothie properties with extra density, perfect for those days when you feel a bit more hungry, but still want to keep it healthy. It's also great for when you feel out of balance, the antioxidants of the cherries and the Relaxing Vanilla will help you find your center again.

  • 1 scoop EVOLUTION_18 Relaxing Vanilla
  • 1 cup frozen cherries
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk


  1. Blend in a high-speed blender all the smoothie bowl ingredients.

  2. Place in a bowl and top with banana, shredded coconut, chocolate nibs, and cherries.
