Recipe: Chef Carla's Probiotic Coconut Cream

Taking care of your gut is essential to overall health and this recipe comes with a probiotic punch from the EVOLUTION_18 Beauty Probiotic. It's simple, with healthy fats from the coconut milk and sweet farm-fresh berries. Bring to a BBQ in a glass jar or serve in a beautiful bowl for a dinner party.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can of coconut whipping cream
  • 1 EVOLUTION_18 Beauty Probiotic quick melt
  • 1/16 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 quart of fresh berries, like strawberries for serving

DIRECTIONS

In a stand mixer with a whip attachment or hand mixer, add the coconut cream, probiotic, and sea salt. Whip for about three minutes or until fluffy, like whip cream. Serve with fresh berries.

Notes: You can make this with a can of coconut milk. Use the cream only, not the liquid. It will not be as fluffy, but it will still be delicious! Don’t want to make the cream? No problem, you can buy whipped coconut topping in most freezer sections, simply stir in the probiotics!
