Recipe: Chef Carla's Avocado Superfood Smoothie

This smoothie is packed with green veggies, nourishing avocado, and a powerful blend of fruits and vegetables from EVOLUTION_18 Beauty Superfood Powder.

Ingredients:

  • 1-1/2 to 2 cups preferred plant-based milk. If you want a thicker smoothie, add less milk.
  • 1 scoop EVOLUTION_18 Beauty Superfood Powder
  • 1/4 avocado, frozen
  • 1/2 banana, frozen
  • 1 cup greens, packed like spinach or kale

Directions:

Blend in a high-speed blender. Start on low for 15 seconds, and then blend on high for 30 seconds or until smooth. If you do not have a high-speed blender, let the avocado deforst for five to 10 minutes or add fresh avocado and 1-2 ice cubes. Serves one to two.
