I always try to incorporate a workout into my daily routine. In the morning I might jump on my Peloton bike, head to the gym to meet with my trainer, Krystal Weisberg, or take a yoga class. Over the summer, I loved taking The Class by Taryn Toomey out in the Hamptons. If I can’t get in a morning sweat, I make sure I’m getting my steps in (I aim for 10,000 a day) and take a walk at lunch. Here are a few of the products that are a part of my fitness routine:
Thick, stretchy and the perfect rise. I wear these tights for all of my workouts.
Super comfortable sneakers — even if you aren’t working out.
The key to a good yoga mat? Being comfortable and super grippy. This one is totally slip resistant and made from recycled rubber.
I love the Wunder Under leggings from Lululemon. They hold you in without feeling constricting.
I love the ease and convenience of taking classes on my Peloton bike. It doesn’t take up a ton of space or make a lot of noise. I’m a huge fan.
This is how I know if I’m getting in my daily steps. It also tracks sleep and heart rate.
For sore muscles and stress relief, I turn to my Theragun. It makes a huge difference.
When I’m not in leggings, I’m in these shorts.
