- Written By:Jo Schaalman and Jules Peláez, The Conscious Cleanse

Dragon fruit, also known as pitaya, is a tropical fruit that is gaining popularity as a superfood—and with good reason! Known for rejuvenating the liver and delivering a hefty does of antioxidants, your kids might think you’re letting them eat sorbet for breakfast.
Dragon Fruit Smoothie Bowl
Yield: 2 bowls
Prep time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
2 (100g) dragon fruit (pitaya) smoothie packs
1 cup frozen mango
½ avocado, frozen
1 banana, frozen
1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and cut into chunks
Juice of ½ lime
Handful romaine lettuce
1-2 scoops EVOLUTION_18 Beauty Collagen
To garnish: Fresh dragon fruit, fresh berries, granola, shredded coconut
Directions
In a high-speed blender, combine all ingredients. Blend on low until smooth and creamy, using the tamper if needed to push down the ingredients.(Keeping the setting on low is the key to getting a smooth, creamy consistency.)
Transfer to a bowl, and top with desired garnishes.
Tip: To keep cleanse-friendly, only garnish with fresh fruit (not granola).
