My Ultimate Skin-Boosting Smoothie Bowl

As much as I love turning to products to enhance my skin and get a glow, what you put inside your body can be just as effective. This smoothie bowl is one of my go-tos. It combines the radiance-boosting power of green fruits and vegetables plus my EVOLUTION_18 Beauty Collagen powder.
This collagen powder is made from hydrolyzed bovine collagen peptides and serves as a powerful, effective way to support your cells. It also helps the body build elastin, which means firmer, healthier skin. I love this recipe for breakfast or after a workout — the Beauty Collagen powder also has 14 grams of protein to give your body and brain an extra boost.
Serves 2 or 3
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1 pear, chopped
- 1 apple, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup/40 g spinach
- 1⁄4 cup/40 g watercress
- 1 scoop EVOLUTION_18 Beauty Collagen Powder
- Unsweetened almond milk, to blend
- 1 kiwi, chopped, for topping
- Pumpkin seeds, for topping
- Chopped green apple, for topping
- Coconut flakes, for topping
Combine the Beauty Collagen, banana, pear, apple, spinach, and watercress in a blender and blend until smooth, adding almond milk to achieve the desired consistency.
Serve in a bowl and top with the kiwi, pumpkin seeds, chopped apple, and coconut flakes.
