Ready to get back in the swing of things? Here are my tips for kicking off the back-to-school season…

Extend Your Summer Glow

Look like you just stepped off the beach, even in September, with Miracle Balm in Sunkissed, Bronze, and Magic Hour. These three shades have been my go-tos because they leave behind a healthy, natural glow.

Hit Reset On Your Diet

This superfood-filled reset kit from Kroma is on my to-do list after a summer at the beach. The 5-day reset includes broths, elixirs, meals, snacks, lattes, teas, supplements, and smoothie blends. Everything you need to get back in the swing of things.

Take Care of Your Tools

If you’ve been slacking on your makeup brush care, now’s the time to get back into the habit of washing them weekly. Use a gentle soap and let them dry flat overnight. Need some new brushes? Check out my Jones Road brush guide.

Don’t Skip Breakfast

Between meetings, work, and school drop off, mornings can get crazy—but that doesn’t mean you get to skip breakfast. Here are three recipes I love: Grain-Free Collagen Muffins, Overnight Chia Oats, and Chocolate Collagen Smoothie Bowl.

Upgrade Your Daily Walk

I’ve been tracking my steps for years and this is my favorite time of year to get outside for a walk. To take things to the next level, I’m adding some ankle weights (old school, I know) to my daily stroll.

Show Your Skin Some TLC

Summer sun and heat can do a number on your skin, so take some time this fall to give it some extra TLC. I like using Miracle Cream as an overnight mask. It’s packed with hydrating ingredients like shea butter and sunflower seed oil to bring your skin back to life.

Go to Bed Early

Getting enough sleep is right up there with drinking enough water. It can be hard to put down your phone and stop scrolling, I get it, but getting those eight hours (or more) will do wonders for how you look and feel. Try to reduce how much screen time you have right before bed and reach for a book instead. I just picked up Anya Hindmarch’s If In Doubt, Wash Your Hair: A Manual for Life and can’t put it down.
