Bobbi's 11 Summer Beauty and Wellness Tips

Summer is officially here, which means more sun, sand, and hopefully a little more time outdoors. Here are my tips for looking and feeling your best this summer:
Wear sneakers with everything. It will get you to walk more and clock more steps. Aim for 10,000-12,000 steps every day.
Ditch the Foundation
Skip traditional full-face foundation and instead only use your foundation or concealer to cover spots and dark circles.
Get that Glow
Give yourself a summer glow by mixing sheer gel or cream bronzer with your moisturizer and your daily SPF.

Balm as Blush
Try a tinted, brightly colored lip balm as blush. Apply using your fingers. It will give you a dewy flush that looks great in the summer.

Watermelon is packed with vitamins A, B6 and C. Cut it up and freeze it in baggies for a cool treat on a hot day.
Use a dry skin brush before shower to deeply exfoliate and stimulate circulation. After you shower, apply coconut oil to keep skin hydrated.
Apply highlighter everywhere for a luminous glow: cheeks, brow bone, and décolletage.
The New Popsicle
Mix chocolate protein powder (like EVOLUTION_18 Energizing Chocolate) with coconut milk and freeze in ice cube trays. Add to smoothies and shakes or just enjoy like a popsicle on a hot day!
