The end of summer means getting back into the swing of things, and for me, that always means making adjustments to my beauty and wellness routine. Here are my tips for getting into the fall season.
Time to Hit the Reset Button

Deepen Your Color Palette
Embrace a Natural Flush
Once your tan fades, switch your blush back to your natural blush color. It should match the color of your cheeks after you exercise.
Take a Gym Break
I move the party outside as soon as the humidity breaks. It’s me and my favorite podcasts or a hip-hop playlist during my workout. Add some lunges or planks to your walk/run.
Go Lighter on the Color of Your Concealer
As a tan fades, you need a lighter shade of both your foundation and concealer. Otherwise it will look orange.

Even though I’m a minimalist, I do love sheer sparkle year round on my cheeks or eyes daily.
