3 Low-Carb & Keto-Friendly Breakfast Ideas

As I went through my 100lb+ weightless and wellness journey, I realized what I was eating was just as critical as how much I was eating.
I’ve found that when I incorporate more healthy fats and protein in my meals, I feel my best — more satiated, more focused, and less apt to snack mindlessly throughout the day.
The good news is, eating healthy doesn’t have to be time-intensive or complicated! Here are three easy, filling, and nutritious breakfast ideas to get your day going.
The 2-Minute Cracker
Start with your favorite low-carb seed cracker, spread 1/2 tablespoon of cream cheese or non-dairy spread, add 1-2 ounces of smoked salmon, and top with 1/4 sliced avocado.
The 5-Minute Craker
Start with 2 pasture-raised eggs prepared to your liking (I switch things up every few days to keep things interesting, so I went with scrambled here), a low carb cracker with half an avocado, and a handful of fresh berries.
Sometimes, a few extra minutes is well worth the outcome – especially when jammy eggs are involved! Start with 1 soft boiled egg (for the perfect jammy egg, boil for 6.5 minutes and immediately put your egg in an ice bath), bacon of choice, pan fried halloumi cheese, sliced avocado with everything but the bagel seasoning, and fresh strawberries.
