  • Written By:Rachel Simons, Seed + Mill

When a protein powder tastes as good as EVOLUTION_18 Afternoon Chocolate does, it’s hard to resist putting it in everything you make. Our friend Rachel Simons of Seed + Mill, a women-owned business that specializes in all things tahini, added Afternoon Chocolate to her Tahini Breakfast Granola. “The chocolate protein supplement was that perfect 'secret ingredient' adding flavor, color and nutrition,” she says. Check out the recipe below and step up your breakfast game.

1 cup chopped raw walnuts/pecans/hazelnuts

1 cup rolled oats

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

2 tablespoon EVOLUTION_18 Afternoon Chocolate

1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes (or shredded)

1/4 cup pumpkin seeds

1/4 cup date syrup

2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup Organic Tahini

2 tablespoon melted coconut oil

  1. Preheat oven to 350° and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix all ingredients.
  3. Lay out mix on paper and bake for 15 minutes.
  4. Let cool.

Enjoy your healthy breakfast or snack!
