Bobbi's Top 10 Summer Beauty and Wellness Tips

Summer is right around the corner, which means more sun, vacations and backyard BBQs. Here are my tips for looking and feeling your best:
Wear sneakers with everything. It will get you to walk more and clock more steps. Aim for 10,000-12,000 steps every day.
Ditch the Foundation
Skip traditional full-face foundation and instead only use your foundation or concealer to cover spots and dark circles.
Get that Glow
Give yourself a summer glow by mixing sheer gel or cream bronzer with your moisturizer and your daily SPF.
Balm as Blush
Try a tinted, brightly colored lip balm as blush. Apply using your fingers. It will give you a dewy flush that looks great in the summer.
Use leave-in conditioner and throw hair up in a messy bun. Once it dries, take out and you’ll have easy beach waves.
Stop worrying about mascara smears and try eyelash extensions.
Watermelon is packed with vitamins A, B6 and C. Cut it up and freeze it in baggies for a cool treat on a hot day.
Use a dry skin brush before shower to deeply exfoliate and stimulate circulation. After you shower, apply coconut oil to keep skin hydrated.
Apply highlighter everywhere for a luminous glow: cheeks, brow bone, and décolletage.
The New Popsicle
Mix chocolate protein powder (like EVOLUTION_18 Afternoon Chocolate) with coconut milk and freeze in ice cube trays. Add to smoothies and shakes or just enjoy like a popsicle on a hot day!
